A few days ago in the WILC there was this guy talking to his friends and he said, “Duuuude! I was in the periodicals today, and I screamed in my head ‘if you can read my mind, hit the table!’ and a bunch of people hit the table.”
Biology a couple days back. The teacher yells “MY Ovaries” as a way for us to remember meiosis
overheard a girl talking on the phone to someone about a date she had been on. This was the gist of the conversation: “I went on a date with a guy to a restaurant and he prayed before we ate our food.. And I don’t want to feel like a bad Mormon, but I don’t want to go out with him again because he prayed in a restaurant..”
What a game that was. You can’t help but laugh at this showing. Typically the U of A is a top ranked basketball team. This year BYU slaughtered them and the MVP was Jimmer Fredette with 49 points, breaking a school record for most points scored in a game.
Or, is it a Demotivational Poster for the University of Utah? You decide. Mormons and their college football rivalry are usually good for humorous material. I could probably dedicate a whole section.
For those not familiar with the BYU and the honor code, beards are not allowed but mustaches are. Divine Comedy is a BYU student comedy troop. Here is a skit they did as a parody of the Justin Timberlake song, Sexy Back.
