I’m the first counselor in the YM presidency in my ward so this rings true to my ears.  I think the YM are waiting for someone to get their eagle for them (which sometimes happens).

10 hours of conference in 2 days makes it hard to stay awake on a comfy sofa.  Thankfully, you can get all sessions online the next day.
